In this live 8-week course, you’ll learn simple and accessible mindfulness techniques to help you begin your meditation practice in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.

Each session includes teaching, guided practice, group reflection, and space for questions.

This course runs across 8 sessions, each building on the last. I warmly encourage you to only sign up if you're able to fully commit.

BOOKING DETAILS:

Participants will receive the Zoom link no later than 48 hours prior to the event by email.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED / NETTIQUETTE:

  • Please join from a quiet, private space where you can remain undisturbed for the full sessions. If possible, let others in your household know that you'll need uninterrupted time. For your safety and to support the group experience, please do not join while driving, walking, travelling, or multitasking.

  • You may wish to have a blanket and a drink nearby for your comfort.

  • Please arrive on time and plan to stay for the entire session to support the flow of the experience and the group's shared energy. I open the Zoom room 15 minutes early to allow people to arrive and sort out any technical issues so we can start on time.

  • Cameras will be on during the talks and discussions to foster connection. If you have the option to use a laptop this is ideal so you can see the group.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

*For some people with pre-existing trauma, practicing mindfulness meditation can trigger PTSD symptoms like emotional overwhelm. If you have any concerns about this I kindly ask that you contact me to discuss before signing up.
